A powerful storm system continued to bring rain, gusty winds and mountain snow to parts of the West Coast region on Friday, November 22, according to weather officials.Satellite imagery released by the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) shows the storm system over a period of time on Thursday and Friday.Weather officials said the storm system could bring heavy rain, rock slides and “life-threatening” flooding to parts of Northern California on Friday.
