A test of Japan’s Epsilon S rocket was halted after a bang and fire
seconds into an engine combustion test on November 26 sent plumes of smoke over the Tanegashima Space Center in Minamitane.The engine test, conducted by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), occurred 16 months after another failed engine test delayed Japan’s small rocket development, according to
