Emergency services personnel pulled a person from a car that plunged off Washington’s Arlington Memorial Bridge into an icy Potomac River on January 16.The person was treated for critical life-threatening injuries, the DC Fire and EMS Department said.The vehicle came off the bridge after a collision.
