At least one person was killed, three were injured, and one was missing after an
historic storm slammed the city of Salvador in eastern Brazil on November 27, according to
Jeronimo Rodrigues, the governor of Bahia state.The storm caused widespread landslides and flooding. Rainfall reached three times the normal monthly total, the heaviest the city had seen since 1961,
