An Indiana mom was quick to come to the rescue after her little girl slipped on ice in front of their Valparaiso home recently – perhaps too quick, as she followed her daughter’s footsteps and took a painful tumble herself.The unfortunate moment was shared by Melody R Swart on TikTok and shows her six-year-old daughter running from the bus stop. As she nears the door, she slips on what Swart said was some black ice. Swart then comes out, but soon follows suit.“Sorry, babe,” Swart can be heard saying after accidentally hitting the little girl on her way down, before warning some other kids to steer clear of the sidewalk.Swart told Storyful that her daughter was excited to give her a flower she had just gotten from a friend when the mishap occurred.
