Snow in Switzerland on November 20-21 transformed the country into an “almost nationwide winter wonderland,” with some areas getting record accumulations, according to the Swiss Federal Office for Meteorology.Lucerne saw 42 cm of snow, the met office said, with local media reporting traffic chaos across the country.
