Satellite imagery showed thunderstorms move across the southern United States May 22 to 23, with more severe weather forecast for the region throughout the day.On Wednesday, storms produced several tornadoes, damaging wind, and hail up to baseball-sized, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said.By Thursday morning, more than 100,000 Texas customers were without power, according to outage trackers.According to NOAA, severe thunderstorms were possible for parts of the Plains and Tennessee Valley region through Thursday night.
