Tropical storm warnings were in effect for the Mississippi coast on Wednesday, September 11, as
Hurricane Francine neared landfall.As of Wednesday morning, the storm was located approximately 150 miles southwest of Morgan City, Louisiana, packing maximum sustained winds of 90 mph. According to the
