Dubbed the capital of police pursuits, Los Angeles County is hoping to use a new technology to combat the rise in dangerous car chases. The Culver City Police Department are rolling out patrol cars equipped with StarChase – a GPS tracking dart that sticks to a suspect's vehicle. Authorities say it will help increase safety and bring an end to pursuits much sooner.
