Deputy Tyler Coffey is being hailed a hero for rescuing a pregnant woman in Williamson County, Illinois on December 2 after her car's brakes stopped working and refused to turn off. The unidentified woman was rolling at 30mph towards a freezing lake, the deputy used a rolling roadblock maneuver to stop her in the nick of time.
