Eight people were injured after Russian strikes hit a kindergarten in the city of Chuhuiv, in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine, on the morning of Wednesday, May 22, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office said.According to the prosecutor’s office, the kindergarten was completely destroyed, and neighboring residential buildings, shops, offices, cars, and administrative buildings were damaged.The office said that preliminary data showed that Chuhuiv had been hit “with two C-400 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of Russia.”Aerial footage released by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office shows the extensive damage suffered by the building that had housed the kindergarten.According to Suspilne, one of the eight people injured, a 28-year-old man, is in serious condition after he suffered injuries to his abdomen, legs, and arms.
