An entire street and numerous passersby were covered in cement after a cement truck's tanker ruptured at a construction site in Hangzhou, China on January 6. One person was hospitalized with unknown injuries. Reports say the truck was being used by construction workers to pump concrete when a build-up of internal pressure caused it to rupture. The area has since been cleaned of all concrete.
