Railway lines were blocked in areas from Wales to London due to flooding as Storm Conall caused disruption in the UK on November 27.Commuters were advised to allow extra time for their journeys or avoid traveling until later in the day.All railway lines between Tonbridge in Kent and Redhill in Surrey were closed due to flooding from heavy rain, while earlier flooding between London Bridge and St Pancras was also causing severe delays, Network Rail said.Footage released by Network Rail Kent & Sussex shows a flooded railway between Tonbridge and Redhill.“We can’t safely run trains when the water is above the running rails and need to wait for the flash flooding to subside,” the organization said.
