A flood watch remained in effect for parts of north and central Texas on Thursday, May 23, as severe thunderstorms barreled through the state.Footage filmed by Melissa Pool Talbert shows conditions in Waco on Wednesday evening.By Thursday morning, more than 55,000 customers were without power in the region due to the storms, local media reported.The National Weather Service said thunderstorms were possible in the area through Saturday.
