Hundreds of rescued cats have found a new lease of life at a sanctuary in the Romanian city of Carei, footage posted at the beginning of November shows.Footage from the FureverHome Romania Cat Rescue shows the cats hanging out in the sanctuary’s garden, and many more eating, sleeping, and resting.The sanctuary was opened by Remus Gall and his sister in their father’s vacation house five years ago, Gall told Storyful.“It really started out of necessity, it wasn’t a planned thing,” Gall told Storyful, adding that a high number of calls about animals that needed to be rescued prompted them to establish a place where these cats could live.The sanctuary now hosts 350 cats and 74 dogs, according to its
