A woman has been charged with child abuse after she allegedly tried to drown her 4-year-old daughter and her 6-year-old nephew in a public swimming pool. The charges come at the end of a two-month investigation into an incident at the Will Rogers Family Aquatic Center in Oklahoma City, USA on June 27. Fortunately, both children survived the incident thanks to alert lifeguards.
