This is the terrifying moment a tile suddenly comes off a wall in a house in Nam Dinh, Vietnam on December 8 and nearly lands on a baby. The homeowner says the house is sinking, causing parts of it to warp and loosen the tile. Shaking from construction next door caused the tile to fall.
