Three people dressed as recovery volunteers in the flood-hit Valencian town of Albal have been arrested after being found with a bag full of marijuana, according to Spain’s Guardia Civil.Footage from the Guardia Civil shows the trio of suspects being apprehended, with two of them wearing long white coats, yellow high-visibility vests, and rubber boots to blend in as cleanup volunteers.The arrest was carried out by the Citizen Security Unit (USECIC), the Guardia Civil said.
