A scare for residents in Betong in Thailand's Yala province on January 21: two king cobras were spotted on the loose on the same day. Wildlife officials were first called to the Tano Maero School, where teachers had spotted a giant king cobra slithering around the grounds. But it wasn't long before another snake was spotted at the home of a nearby family.
