Parts of southern and central Arizona were left flooded on Tuesday, September 24, after storm Lorena brought heavy rainfall to the region, the National Weather Service (
NWS)
said.Lorena
made landfall near La Ventana, Mexico, on September 20 as a Category 1 hurricane, and later weakened to a tropical storm and then a tropical depression, according to the
