Firefighters responded to a brush fire in Manhatan’s Inwood Hill Park on Wednesday, November 13, as a red flag warning was in effect for the region.This video released on the official X page of Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine shows the blaze and firefighters on the scene.A New York Fire Department spokesperson told Patch that the fire was burning near Seaman Avenue and West 207th Street, and that the cause is under investigation.The 196-acre park at the northern tip of Manhattan is the last natural forest and salt marsh on the island, according to tourism websites.
