An excavator could be seen digging through the rubble of a destroyed building in Barja, south of Beirut, on November 6, following an Israeli strike that Lebanese health authorities said killed at least 20 people.The health ministry said, in addition to the deaths, at least 14 people were wounded, but said the casualty figures could rise.The strike hit an apartment building on a hilltop. Footage by journalist Sally Hayden shows the destruction, and a digger at work.According to Al-Liwaa newspaper, the building was home to around 30 people, who were trapped in a fire that broke out after the strike.The target of the strike was a Hezbollah financial official named Abdullah Ibrahim, the newspaper said, citing sources.
