A Sumatran orangutan celebrated his first birthday with winter wonderland-themed enrichment at a Missouri zoo, footage released on Monday, December 30, shows.Video filmed and posted to X by the Saint Louis Zoo shows Forest, the young orangutan, celebrating his first birthday at the zoo with his family. “They enjoyed many different types of enrichment, including frozen fruits and paper snowflakes,” said the zoo.Adorable Forest can be seen putting a bucket on his head and grabbing blue streamers hanging from a tree.According to the Saint Louis Zoo website, Forest was born on December 22, 2023, the first orangutan birth at the zoo in nine years.
