Satellite imagery captured a powerful storm system as it continued to impact parts of the United States’ West Coast on Thursday, November 21.Video posted to X by the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) shows the storm moving across the region from Tuesday into Thursday. “The system has brought powerful winds, flooding rains, and heavy snow to the region,” CIRA wrote.Dangerous flooding for coastal parts of Northern California was forecasted on Thursday, the National Weather Service
