Authorities in northern California
warned of dangerous travel conditions on Saturday, November 23, as an atmospheric river continued to bring rain and snow to the region.Footage captured by traffic cameras around 9:40 am Saturday morning snows snow blanketing a portion of Interstate 80 near Donner Summit in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, and wetter conditions at lower elevations just a few miles east and west of the summit.The area was expected to see “several rounds of heavy snow” through Tuesday, the National Weather Service
