Stranded vehicles were left in a mudflow caused by Tropical Storm Hilary, in Rancho Mirage, California, video filmed on August 21 shows.Lisa Jackson said she filmed this footage showing the muddy aftermath of Storm Hilary from the Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage on Monday.“I don’t know how I’m going to head out of here,” she wrote on Facebook.The video also shows a long line of traffic backed up on Interstate 10 at Exit 130, Bob Hope Drive. The interstate was closed between Bob Hope Drive and Haugen-Lehmann Way due to flooding and debris, CALTRANS reported.The National Weather Service said Hilary brought record rainfall to southern California and southern Nevada, with rainfall amounts 1-8 inches above average for the month-to-date.
