local fundraiser.This footage, posted by Washington’s Department of Transportation traffic monitoring account, was captured near Interstate 90 on Friday morning, December 20.“Santa woke up early, feeling calm and mighty. No sleigh today, no reindeer flight. Just a paddleboard ride in the morning light,” they wrote.According to
