A park in the Louisiana town of Lockport was decked out with festive holiday displays ahead of Christmas, footage shows.Video from the Lockport Police Department shows the decorations, which included lights and Christmas-themed figurines, at the Lockport Bayouside Park.Different groups, including school classes and clubs, could compete for the best display in the park, according to the department.
