Home security footage showed the moment a snowplow barreled down a street in Kansas City, Missouri, at a high speed on Tuesday, February 18, spraying snow in the air as it passed.This footage was provided to Storyful by Frankie Bellucci, who said that the snowplow looked to be exceeding the speed limit.
