A day out on the water for father-and-son kayakers became an unexpected Jonah moment when a humpback whale emerged and briefly took one of the outdoorsmen in its mouth off the shore of a Chilean beach.Video recorded on February 8 by the Venezuelan father, Meydell Alfredo Simancas Rodriguez, shows the moment the whale appeared near his son, Adrian Andres Simancas Jaimes, and knocked him out of his boat.Simancas Jaimes told Storyful that the whale trapped him in its mouth before freeing him underwater.
