A meteor was caught on camera as it streaked through the skies northwest of a National Weather Service (NWS) office in Caribou, Maine, on Sunday evening, December 22.The footage was captured at 5:43 pm, the NWS said.At least three meteor sightings were reported around the same time in the Maine towns of Portland, Durham, and Falmouth, according to the American Meteor Society.
