Aerial fire crews quickly responded to the “fast-moving wind-driving” Sunset Fire in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles on January 8, dramatic drone footage shows.Drone footage from Topher Maslanka shows an aircraft dropping fire retardant over the wildfire burning in the Runyon Canyon area, in the Hollywood Hills, on Wednesday evening.According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the fire broke out shortly after 5:30 pm.Cal Fire reported the “fast-moving wind-driving” had burned 10 acres by 6:04 pm, and had grown fivefold two hours later.Residents of portions of Mulholland Drive, Laurel Canyon Boulevard, and down to Hollywood Boulevard were ordered to evacuate, while areas to the west were warned of “potential threat to life and/or property.” Credit: Topher Maslanka via Storyful
