Two workers struck by
high winds on a suspended platform in Manhattan were lowered down to safety on Thursday, March 7, with help from the New York City Fire Department (FDNY).Footage from Lukasz Bielawski of
New York City Photos shows the platform swaying in the wind as it was lowered down slowly outside Chelsea Market.“High winds, high risk!” Bielawski
