In a dramatic night-time rescue on August 1, Swift Water Rescue teams at a campground in Richfield, Wisconsin successfully saved a Parks Department employee trapped in a truck submerged by an overflowing river's swift currents. The incident saw responders from nine different agencies deploy specialized equipment to reach and safely evacuate the individual. Fortunately, the employee was uninjured.
