President Joe Biden was filmed biting at least three babies at a Halloween trick-or-treat party at the White House in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday night. The 81-year-old was seen playfully biting into the leg of the youngster dressed in a chicken costume as he greeted guests and handed out candy. First Lady Jill Biden also dressed up in a panda costume for the event.
