Spanish emergency services were working “24 hours a day” to rescue people from flooding following a destructive storm on Tuesday night, October 29, that killed at least 161 people, the Unidad Militar de Emergencias said.Footage released by UME shows emergency services airlifting a woman to safety from a flooded area in the province of Valencia.
