The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed an EF-1 tornado in the areas of Canyon and Cotton, Minnesota, northwest of Duluth, on Thursday, September 19.The NWS said the tornado traveled just under 6 miles and produced 105 mph winds, damaging trees in the area. News reports said a shed was also damaged.Video filmed by Mark Paulson shows the tornado forming near Canyon on Thursday. Paulson told Storyful he filmed the video around 5:15 pm local time.
