Rescue crews brought food to a trio of dogs stranded on the roof of a flooded house in the Philippines’ Camarines Sur province, footage released on October 27 shows, after Tropical Storm Kristine hit the region.Footage released by the Philippine Red Cross shows one of their crew members scaling the roof of a flooded house to pour out a bag of dog food.Local media reported on Monday that at least 90 people were killed following the storm, citing the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).The NDRRMC also said a total of 158 areas across the country declared a state of calamity, according to local reports, including the provinces of Albay, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte and Catanduanes.
