A car thief went to desperate lengths to try escape the Waterbury Police Department during a chase in Connecticut, USA, on December 6. In recently released footage, the 22-year-old suspect tried to smash his way out of a tight spot by ramming a stolen Jeep Cherokee head-on into a police cruiser. But the cops weren't about to let this carjacker slip through their fingers.
