A vehicle fire prompted the temporary closure of northbound lanes on the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway in Louisiana early Saturday, November 16.The closure was announced just before Saturday afternoon by the Causeway Commission, which cited a “serious incident” on the 23-mile-long bridge.
