Mexican National Guard and Army units were seen deploying to the US-Mexico border on Wednesday, February 5, after a deal between the two countries was struck to delay the implementation of 25 percent tariffs on Mexican imports to the US.Footage recorded by Corrie Boudreaux shows the National Guard and Army on their first day of deployment along the border near Ciudad Juarez, which is across the border from El Paso.Boudreaux said at least 30 ladders used by smugglers and migrants were found at various locations along the border fence.President Donald Trump agreed to hold off imposing tariffs on Mexico for 30 days on February 4, after a deal was struck with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to boost border security.
