red warning for Scotland on Friday, October 20, expecting Storm Babet to continue to bring “exceptionally wet and unsettled weather” into the weekend.At least one person was killed in the flooding on Thursday, and the Angus Council
said local flooding was “unprecedented,” with water levels “half a meter over the last highest ever.”According to the
