Whiteout conditions affected southern Idaho on Friday morning, December 8, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of life-threatening travel conditions in the Pocatello area.Footage shows blowing snow lowering visibility at the NWS’s office in Pocatello on Friday morning.
