Victoria scuba diver Jules Casey filmed the moment an otherworldly-looking stingray descended on an “all-you-can-eat seafood buffet” of spider crabs on Sunday, June 23.Casey told Storyful that she dubbed the albino Crystal when she first encountered the animal six years ago, and that the recognizable sea creature returns to the area every year for the crabs’ moulting season.“This is my favorite time of the year in Port Phillip Bay … thousands of these crabs gather in massive clusters to moult.”“But for me it means we will most likely have a very rare and unique visitor arrive,” Casey wrote on Instagram, describing the annual encounter as “like catching up an old friend.”“Where she goes for the remainder of the year is a mystery,” Casey told Storyful.
