Tropical Cyclone Alfred stalled off the coast of southeast Queensland on Thursday, March 6, bringing rain and wind to the region.Timelapse satellite imagery captured by the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) shows Alfred stalling off shore.The Bureau of Meteorology said Alfred had slowed on Thursday, with the storm predicted to make landfall early on Saturday as a category 2 system, between Noosa and Coolangatta.
