The French island territory of Mayotte was devastated on Sunday, December 15, a day after Cyclone Chido ripped across the region, leaving at least a dozen people dead.Footage captured by social user Zokweli TV shows destroyed homes, beached boats, and debris strewn across the capital of Mamoudzou.
