A driver has been jailed for over four years after speeding and crashing his car while drunk, seriously injuring two passengers in the car with him.Footage from UK officials shows the moment David Pritchard, 36, lost control of his Audi A3 in Carno, Wales, while driving under the influence of alcohol at 75 mph (120 km/h), local news reported.According to the report, the court heard Pritchard’s driving license had been revoked several months before the incident following a failed drug test.Pritchard was jailed for four and a half years after admitting causing serious injury by dangerous driving in the September 2023 crash.Judge Niclas Parry told the court that Pritchard’s two friends, who were seriously injured in the crash, have been unable to return to work 16 months after the collision due to their injuries.
