A mudslide overran the Pan-American highway along the coast of Atico, in southern Peru, on February 11, according to authorities.Video released by the National Center of Emergency Operations (Centro de Operaciones Emergencias Nacional, COEN) of the National Institute of Civil Defense on February 12 shows a tractor-trailer submerged in mud and rocks on the Pan-American highway in the Atico district.Local news reports said traffic was halted along the affected part of the highway.
