Big snowflakes were seen falling over Plano, Texas, on Thursday, January 9, as the North Texas city braced for a winter storm.The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a warning for heavy mixed precipitation, with additional snow and sleet accumulations up to 4 inches and “a light glaze” of ice in most of North Texas.“Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will continue to become slick and hazardous.
