A winter storm warning was in place for Tarrant County in North Texas on Thursday, January 9, as snow whitened the area.Footage released by Christopher Cook, Chief of the White Settlement Police Department, shows a view of the snow coming down at the local police station in the Fort Worth suburb.Cook defined the snow as “heavier.”The National Weather Service warned “most of North Texas” could expect “heavy mixed precipitation” including snow and sleet until noon on Friday.
